Jer didn't have to be at his conference until noon, so we all
packed up and went to the beach! Sand tools, containers to carry shells
and boogie boards....was all we needed. We found so many amazing sea
shells. We "surfed". We just played in the crashing waves even though
the ocean was probably not even 60. It was Zn empty beach for sure. So
majestic!
When Jer had to report to his conference we
decided to come back and try out the pool and hit tub. 4+ hours later
we finally left...mostly due to hunger.
The kids and mom
drove a few Miles south along the coast to Balboa island. We took a
ferry across the bay and enjoyed a delightful stroll through the beach
town streets enjoying the architecture and ambiance.
