Ella somehow was able to open the childproof cabinet (oh yeah I remember how she did it - the locks are broken thanks to her brother). I was standing right above her cooking and never noticed until someone came around the corner and asked what was going on. She had managed to not only break into the cabinet, but open the lid to the Peanut oil and proceed to spill it all over the floor. Then she began to swim in it (while wearing a brand new outfit from her Birthday party). That was fun to clean up.
